Traction coatings

Traction coatings enable product to move through a manufacturing process at increased line speeds.

Traction Coatings

In order to handle product and move it through the production process traction is needed for grip to either pick it up or push/pull it along. Our traction coatings alter surface roughness and hardness to control the level of grip, creating optimum drive without marking or scratching your product. Once our coating has provided the traction needed it’s just as important that it releases the product with ease. We have a range of non-stick polymers with fantastic release properties that also have the added benefit of being easy clean. This and the control given by our traction coatings means our customers can increase line speeds and quality whilst reducing down time and costs.
