They are liable for any damage* that is caused as result of them not using the coating as advised by Marcote UK or the manufacturer. Although Marcote UK may provide the customer with advice on how to use the product and which products should be used, the customer will be liable for any damage caused as a result of advice not being properly followed. The customer is also liable for any damage caused to the coating as a result of vandalism and inappropriate use of the product/machinery by the customer. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they are fully aware of how to take care of and use the coating appropriately. Manufacturers guides will be provided upon request only and will not be provided to customers as part of Marcote UK's standard policies and procedures. The customer is liable for any damage caused to the product as a result of not using it for the purposes described to Marcote UK.

The customer is liable for any contamination** caused by the coatings that Marcote UK provides when they accept the quotation/purchase/delivery of any coatings by Marcote UK. This is because Marcote UK is not in control over the customer’s use of the coating and therefore cannot accept liability for any contamination as we do not know how the product/machinery is being used in its entirety. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they understand the properties of any coatings that are being used by Marcote UK and it is not Marcote UK's responsibility to provide customers with health and safety data sheets related to any coatings used. Health and safety sheets will be provided to customers upon request only and will not be provided to customers as part of Marcote UK’s standard policies and procedures.

Marcote UK does not accept any responsibility for any health complications that may be caused as a result of coatings used. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the coatings being applied to their product/machinery are safe for said purposes as the full intent of use is not always described to Marcote UK. Marcote UK would hereby like to make customers aware that although some of our coatings are FDA approved the factory in which they are applied is not FDA approved. In the unlikely event that any coatings become subject to cross-contamination Marcote UK accepts no liability for said complications having made you aware of this fact.
