Melters Melt units and drum unloaders from Nordson, Meltex, ITW Dynatec, Mercer, J&M, Slautterback and other manufacturers are fully disassembled, cleaned and restored, reassembled, and tested.
Applicators Restoration services are available for spray, bead, and slot applicators from Nordson, Meltex, ITW Dynatec, J&M, Sun Tool, Acumeter, Slautterback and other manufacturers, including restoration of applicators with on-head metering pumps.
Pumps and Valves Gear pumps, piston pumps, and applicator metering pumps are cleaned and re-machined (if necessary). Also, all types of valves -- including pressure control, pressure relief, circulation, and application valves -- are fully restored.
Nozzles and Dies All types of spray and bead application nozzles, dies, and tips are cleaned and inspected.
Slot Dies Worn slot dies are returned to operating condition through the cleaning and re-machining process, this includes dies from Meltex and all other manufacturers.
Flexible Hoses Charred and degraded adhesive can be removed from flexible hoses (flexlines), returning the hoses to peak operating condition. All fittings and end cuffs are also cleaned, and the hose cover is replaced with a fire retardant material.
Other Parts Filter assemblies, filter screens, pump packs, and applicator and melter manifold assemblies are also cleaned and restored, and many circuit boards that are no longer supported by their manufacturer can be repaired.
Circuit Board Repair Component-level troubleshooting and repair for many of the proprietary circuit boards used in hot melt systems.
We totally disassemble tanks and strip and repaint the frame. All traces of adhesive are removed by chemical and physical means, and all surfaces that are ever exposed to adhesive (tank, reservoir, grid, etc.) are recoated with new release coating. The tanks are reassembled using all new seals and gaskets, and the units are then tested and pressure checked for one hour at 1200 psi.
Guns (applicators) are also totally disassembled, cleaned to “like new” condition, and reassembled using new seals, fittings and o-rings. Modules are either rebuilt or replaced with new ones. All heaters and sensors are checked and replaced if defective. We also completely rebuild all pumps, using new seals and gaskets, plus we clean and recondition all other items such as filter screens, filter bung assemblies, nozzles, and so forth.
Your equipment arrives back at your plant in “like new” condition, is guaranteed to perform like it did when you bought it new — and all at a fraction of its original cost.
